Instructions:

Beat eggs, yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar over steam until creamy, place in cold water and continue to stir until cold. Whip the cream and fold a third of it into the yolk mixture. Stir in pumpkin seeds and fold in remaining whipped cream. Pour mixture into a saddle of venison mold lined with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
