For the pumpkin vegetables, peel the pumpkin and cut into small cubes. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add flour and onion and sweat. Pour in soup, stir in cream and sour cream and boil down to a smooth sauce.

Add pumpkin and simmer for about 15 minutes. Add spices and herbs and serve each with a fried egg.
