Instructions:

Mix butter, 100 g salt, powdered sugar, egg yolks and vanilla flavoring until smooth. Sift flour, knead into dough and chill for 2 hours.

Take only one piece of the dough at a time and roll into sticks about 1/2 x 25 cm long and shape into pretzels, chill the rest of the dough again.

Bake the pretzels at 180 °C for 20 to 25 minutes. Mix the rum and juice of one lemon with the rest of the powdered sugar for the glaze and spread it as thickly as possible on the baked pretzels.
