For the Quiche Lorraine, first mix flour, salt and butter for the dough until crumbly. Knead in milk and egg. Form the dough into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 60 minutes.

In the meantime, grease a quiche dish and preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Roll out the dough and place it in the form. There should still be an edge protruding. Prick several times and cool again.

Whisk the eggs with the whipped cream. Dice the ham and add to the egg mixture. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour the mixture on the dough and put the Quiche Lorraine in the oven for about 30 minutes.
