For the Quick Carrot Soup, wash carrots. Cook carrot soup according to package directions, adding carrots after first boil and simmering. When they are soft, puree.

Melt bacon, chop onion into rings and fry in bacon grease until golden brown.

Serve the Quick Carrot Soup in four cups, add bacon and onions and sprinkle chopped parsley to taste.
