For the chicken soup to get healthy cook rice ( you can also use rice from the day before). Clean the greens and cut them into small pieces. Boil the chopped vegetables with garlic and ginger in vegetable stock. In the meantime, cut the chicken into fingernail-sized pieces and fry in a pan until golden brown, allowing roasted aroma to develop, which is then passed on to the soup.

When the vegetables are cooked but still crunchy, add the rice and meat. Let it simmer for a short time and season with pepper, chili flakes and possibly herb salt. Serve the chicken soup sprinkled with parsley to get healthy.
