Quick Currant Cake with Snow Hood

Instructions:

Cream butter with sugar, vanilla sugar and yolks and add water. Stir in flour and baking powder. Then stir in the milk (a little less than 125 ml).

Put the mixture on a greased baking tray, spread the currant on it and put it in the preheated oven at 175 °C for about 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, beat the egg whites, sugar and vanilla sugar until stiff.

After just under 20 minutes, spread the snow over the currant and continue baking until the snow cover is lightly browned.

Let the currant cake cool well and enjoy.
