For the quick pasta casserole, place the raw pasta in a baking dish. Chop the vegetables and spread over them with the mushrooms. Mix the whipped cream with water and the spices (soup powder, herbs, salt, pepper) and pour over it.
Cut the cheese into small pieces and place it on top as well. Steam at 200 °C for about 20 minutes (25% steam).
Arrange the quick pasta bake and serve.
