Instructions:

Preheat oven to 200 °C hot air. Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Add yogurt, oil and enough water to make a malleable, elastic dough.

Form the dough into two balls and roll out into patties on a baking sheet. Spread the sunflower seeds on the patties and press them down so they don’t fall off easily.

Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
