For the quinoa pan, first boil the quinoa with equal amounts of water, some soup seasoning and a dash of olive oil for about 10 minutes.

Chop the vegetables and sauté them in a pan. Add the quinoa and quench with the coconut rice milk.

Now season with soy sauce, salt and pepper and let it boil down a bit until the quinoa is nice and soft.
