For the quinoa vegetable casserole, wash quinoa hot and boil in water for 20 minutes until soft. Peel and slice or chop the parsnips, yellow carrots, carrots, kohlrabi, parsley cilantro.

Fry the vegetables in oil with water and cook until soft. Cut the broccoli into pieces and cook until soft. Mix the softly cooked vegetables with the quinoa, cheese and parsley.
