Instructions:

For the radish sour cream, clean the radishes, rinse, dab dry and cut into very fine strips.

Mix sour cream or crème fraiche and curd cheese with the herbs, cress, a pinch of sugar, pepper, salt, olive oil and a little lemon juice.

Stir in the radishes. Season to taste, drizzle with the pumpkin seed oil and serve.
