Instructions:

For the dough, mix all ingredients until smooth and let rest in the refrigerator for about an hour.

Form small squares from the chilled dough with floured hands, place 1-2 raspberries on each and then form into round dumplings. Steam the dumplings in the steamer at 90 °C for 20 minutes.

In the meantime, fry the breadcrumbs and sugar well in butter.

Immediately roll the finished dumplings in the breadcrumbs and serve.
