* You can also use ripe, unpeeled and sliced pears or fresh peaches.

The apples are peeled, cored and cut into thin slices. Sugar and cinnamon are mixed, the apple slices are turned in it until they are well “breaded”.

Later, put the milk, eggs, flour and a little salt in a hand mixer and work the mixture until smooth.

Melt the butter in a frying pan, pour in the apples and let them gently saute until the sugar has melted. Now spread the apple slices evenly in the frying pan and pour the batter over them. If you like, you can also add a few currants to the pancake form.

Preheat the oven to 220 °C and bake the pancake for about 25-30 minutes until the edges are golden brown.

Serve the pancake with syrup or sprinkled with a little powdered sugar.

Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will give your dish a wonderful touch!
