Instructions:

Fry sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until golden brown. Clean cauliflower, split into roses, rinse and drain.

Season vinegar with salt and pepper. Add oil while stirring. Cut the cauliflower into fine slices.

3. rinse the apples, cut them into small slices and finely dice the slices. Mix the cauliflower, some of the sesame seeds and the apple cubes.

Dessert: orange whipped cream cake with strawberries
