For the rhubarb cake, peel the rhubarb and cut into small pieces. Cream butter with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir in the eggs little by little. Then stir the flour with the baking powder and the yogurt into the mixture.

Spread the finished dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, spread the sliced rhubarb on top and finally sprinkle with almond flakes.

Bake in the preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar while it is still hot.
