Instructions:

Make the peeled rhubarb cut into 1cm pieces with water for 3-5 min.

Mix agar-agar with water and stir into the boiling rhubarb.

Cool a bit, add honey and Delifrut and form into dessert bowls, cool for 2 hours and offer with stiffly whipped cream.
