Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Cook the pasta in boiling hot salted water for about 10 minutes. Remove the skin from the onion. Finely dice ham and onion. Cut mushrooms into quarters. Heat fat. Fry onion and ham in it for about 2 minutes. Add mushrooms and roast for another 3 minutes. Pour in clear soup and let it boil. Fold in whipped cream. Sift in the binding agent. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper. Chop parsley or sage. Pour the sauce over the pasta. Sprinkle with sage.
