Instructions:

First blanch the rice in boiling water for 2 minutes and then strain.

Then steam in a saucepan with the milk, butter and vanilla pulp and pinch of salt until thick. Remove from heat and let cool.

Beat the egg whites until stiff. Beat the egg yolks with the powdered sugar until the mixture has a very light color.

Then mix with the rice mixture. If you like, you can add about 20 g of raisins. Now carefully fold in the snow.
