For the rice pan with chanterelles, cook the brown rice in salted water according to instructions and set aside.
Peel garlic and onion, chop finely and sauté in a little oil. Clean chanterelle, chop to taste, salt, pepper, add and sauté for 2-3 minutes, turning. Add rice and mix well. Add a little water or soup. Sprinkle in parmesan and mix in parsley and chives. Sauté for another 5 minutes and serve the rice pan with chanterelles hot.
