Instructions:

Cook rice with double the amount of water. Then leave to cool.

In the meantime, wash the radishes and cut into thin slices. Peel the avocado, remove the pit and dice the flesh. Peel the onion and cut into rings. Wash, dry and pluck the cilantro.

Mix all ingredients for the marinade.

Mix the cooled rice with radish, avocado, onion and cilantro. Add the marinade and mix everything well again.
