Instructions:

Cut the bananas into 1 cm thick slices and briefly steam in butter until soft. Cut the pineapple into pieces. Peel the almond kernels, cut into flakes, lightly roast the whole. Finely dice the peppers without seeds.

Heat the butter fat well, pour in the meat, then roast quickly over a strong fire until the meat is whitish to slightly yellow. Add curry powder, extinguish with wine and steam for another 2 to 3 min. Season the dish, add cream to taste. Serve immediately.

Risotto: Steam long grain rice in hot fat until it is translucent but not yellow. Extinguish with boiling beef broth. Do not cover the saucepan completely and do not stir the long-grain rice. Simmer gently for 16 to 18 min, that is, until the long-grain rice is grainy soft and all liquid is absorbed.

Serving: Place the risotto in a wreath on a wide platter. At the last moment, cook the cutlet, seasoning it with curry. Mix the prepared fruit with it, as well as the almond kernels and fill up inside the rice wreath.
