A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!

Mixed mushrooms (eg, chanterelles, mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, champignons) clean thoroughly, cut into very fine slices. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp. juice of a lemon. Cut the garlic cloves into fine slices. Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the mushrooms briefly in portions, remove and set aside. Melt 1 tsp. butter in the frying pan and gently sauté the garlic in it. Pour the remaining juice of one lemon, mix in 2 tbsp of paradeis pulp, season with salt and pepper. Repeatedly stir in all the mushrooms in detail, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Season again to taste. Sprinkle with mint leaves and bring to the table on the spot still bubbling in the frying pan.

Note The mint, together with the juice of a lemon, is the flavor carrier of this entrée. Do not omit it and be sure to eat the mint with it. If necessary, replace the mint with parsley.
