For the roasted pumpkin wedges with chili, wash the pumpkin, quarter it, remove the seeds and clean the pumpkin well, cut into wedges.

Peel and finely chop the garlic, strip the thyme from the stems, remove the seeds from the chili and chop very finely. Garlic, chili, salt, oil, thyme and pumpkin wedges in a large bowl mix well together (best shake well).

Place pumpkin wedges on a coated baking sheet, spread remaining oil mixture from bowl over pumpkin. Preheat the oven to 200 °C and roast the pumpkin for 25-30 minutes.

Arrange the fried pumpkin wedges with chili and serve.
