For the roasted turkey breast with spinach stuffing, blanch spinach in boiling salted water and drain well.

Remove the corn from the can and drain well. Finely chop garlic and onion and fry in a little oil.

Cut the turkey breast lengthwise with a sharp knife and rub the meat with salt and pepper.

Mix spinach, onion, garlic, corn, nutmeg and yolk to make a stuffing. Pour this stuffing into the opening of the meat and sew it with a string.

Heat remaining oil in a frying pan, put in turkey breast and fry all around to nice color. Remove from pan and keep warm.

Cut mushrooms into flakes, roast briefly in the roast residue and pour in gravy and chicken soup.

Put in turkey breast, close roasting pan with lid and let it roast in preheated oven at 170 degrees convection oven for about 1 1/4 hours.

Cut turkey breast into slices and serve with sauce.
