Mini muffins Mix the flour with baking powder. Fold in the gorgonzola, nuts, pepper and salt. Cut the pears in half, cut out the core and chop the pears into pieces. Mix eggs with oil and buttermilk, stir into the flour mixture and finally fold in the pear pieces. Grease the mini muffin cups and fill them with the batter. Bake in a heated oven at 180 degrees for about 12 min.

Baking time is extended to 20 min.
