Instructions:

For salad and garnish, pluck herb leaves and dill sprigs from stems and chop coarsely if desired. Clean lettuce, wash and pluck into bite-sized pieces. Cut tomatoes into wedges. For the marinade, mix vinegar, 3 tablespoons water, mustard, salt and pepper, add oil while stirring. For the rösti, peel potatoes, grate coarsely, squeeze well in a cloth, then salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large frying pan, add potatoes as small mounds to pan, flatten and fry until golden brown on both sides. Mix lettuces, tomatoes and herbs with marinade and arrange. Place the hash browns on top and serve garnished with herbed fresh cheese.
