Quarter apples, cut out core. Peel rhubarb and cut into slices (the thickness of the back of a knife). Butter 4 dishes of about 12 cm ø and sprinkle with granulated sugar, place two apple quarters each with the skin facing up, sprinkle with rhubarb and granulated sugar, drizzle each with 1 tbsp. sukiyaki sauce.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes.

Pour 1/16 liter of boiling hot milk over the couscous, cover and let sit for a few minutes.

Separate eggs into yolks and clear. Whip egg whites with 1 tbsp granulated sugar to egg whites. Mix yolks with 3 tbsp sukiyaki sauce and a heaped tbsp flour. Fold in beaten egg whites. Sprinkle couscous over apples, top with sponge mixture.

Rinse oranges well, cut 4 narrow slices from the center. Place one orange slice in each shell. Bake at 200 degrees for about 8 minutes.
