Instructions:

For the rum balls, beat the eggs in a bowl with the sugar until nice and fluffy. Melt the coconut oil and let it cool down a bit.

Add to a bowl with the almonds, cocoa and rum and mix well. Leave to cool and set in the refrigerator for 2 – 3 hours.

Form balls from the mixture and roll in coconut flakes.
