Instructions:

For the rum slices, beat the yolks, butter, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy.

Beat egg whites until stiff and stir in very carefully with the nuts, chocolate, flour and baking powder.

Pour the dough onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees.

While still hot, brush with currant jam. Mix powdered sugar with rum and hot water and glaze the rum slices with it.
