Instructions:

For the rum slices, first prepare the dough. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Then make a dough with butter, sugar and egg yolks.

Soften the chocolate and add it to the dough. Finally, alternately fold in the flour and the beaten egg whites. Pour the mixture into a baking tray lined with baking paper and place in the oven preheated to 160° (convection oven). Bake for 30 minutes.

For the glaze, warm the rum slightly and dissolve the sugar in it. (Vary the rum and sugar according to taste). Now pour the glaze over the still warm pastry. Sprinkle with crumbles and let the rum slices cool down.
