Try this delicious cake recipe:

Rinse the long grain rice and cook together with salt, water, milk, lemon zest and vanilla sugar for 20 minutes. In the meantime, mix the egg yolks, sugar and butter until creamy. Fold this cream into the long grain rice, add raisins and almond kernels. Whip the egg whites to egg whites, stir into the mixture and fill into a greased cake springform pan (perhaps also a loaf pan) sprinkled with breadcrumbs.

Bake at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes

This “cake” can be stored just as well a few days and becomes thereby not worse but rather even better. But everyone should try out how it tastes best to him.
