Instructions:

Pasta dishes are just always delicious!

Make pizza and vegetable dough of cornstarch (corn flour) according to package directions. Then pour into a large, round greased mold. (Important: high rim!)

Dice 2/3 of the Lyoner, roast with jerky and onions.

Pour off the fat that has rendered. Then spread the quantity evenly on the dough.

Mix 6 eggs, whipped cream and spices, pour half on the lyonnaise mixture, sprinkle grated cheese on top. Pour rest of egg mixture on top and slice last third of lyon sausage and place on top.

Bake for 20 to half an hour at 200 to 220 °C.
