Hard boil the eggs, rinse and let cool. Then peel and chop into small pieces. Remove seeds and stalk from red and green peppers, wash, drain well and cut into small cubes. Cut salami slices into small pieces. Finely chop the gherkins. Peel garlic and press through garlic press. Put the cream cheese in a bowl and mix with a mixer until creamy. Thoroughly mix in eggs, pickles, garlic, herbs, diced peppers and salami. Season with Tabasco, Worcester sauce, pepper and salt. Wash the chives, drain well and cut into small rolls. Before serving, sprinkle the cream with paprika powder and chives.
