For grilled salmon fillets in a packet, clean and halve fennel, cut out the hard core and slice into strips. Rinse dill and pluck off flags. Wash and dry the lemons and cut them into slices.

Rinse salmon, pat dry, season with salt and pepper. Prepare 10 pieces of parchment paper or aluminum foil, spread the ingredients on them and close tightly.

Cook the packets on a not too hot part of the grill for about 12 to 15 minutes.
