Cut the salmon fillet into 8 strips and season with salt on all sides. Grease an ovenproof dish and fill with the salmon strips. 2.

Cut one lemon in half lengthwise, then slice it and slide it between the salmon slices. Grate the zest from the other lemon and sprinkle over the fish.

Coarsely chop the parsley and sprinkle over the salmon. On each piece, put a teaspoon of crème fraîche form.

Preheat the stove to 175 °C (gas mark 2). Put the open dish on the broiler on the top shelf of the stove. Cook for 13-15 minutes, bring to the table on the spot.

Serve with: baguette
