Try this delicious pasta dish:

Make pasta al dente in boiling hot salted water. Rinse cold and drain well. Rinse fish fillets and cut into bite-sized cubes, season with salt and pepper.

Peel onion and garlic cloves and chop very finely. Slit the chili pepper lengthwise, remove the seeds and cut into very fine strips. Dice half of it.

Heat about half of the sesame oil in a wok or frying pan and sear the fish on all sides. Lift out and keep warm with the lid closed.

Heat the remaining sesame oil in the wok and sauté the onions, garlic and chili cubes until translucent. Mix the cornstarch with a little coconut milk. Add lime zest and juice, coconut milk, lemon leaves, white wine, chili powder, curry powder and sugar to the wok form and bring everything together to boil while stirring.

Finally, add noodles and chives, mix and pour into warmed dessert bowls. Place fish on top and garnish with chili strips and lemon balm.
