Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

1. dice the onion. Peel the cucumber, cut in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Cut the halves lengthwise repeatedly and then slice diagonally.

2. sauté the onion cubes in the fat. Add the cucumber pieces and 150ml of water and steam for 5 minutes with the lid closed until soft.

Dice the salmon, season with salt, place on top of the cucumber and steam in the closed pot for 10 minutes until soft. In the meantime, make the pasta al dente. 4.

4. pluck the dill. Remove the salmon from the cooking pot with a skimmer, keep warm.

5. boil the cucumber vegetables with the whipping cream, mix in the corn starch, boil and season with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Drain the pasta. Divide the salmon into bite-sized pieces. Mix the noodles with the cucumber vegetables, sprinkle with dill and bring to the table with the salmon.
