A bean recipe for every taste:

Prepare vegetables ready to cook, cut carrots and kohlrabi into sticks. Peel the potatoes and cut into wedges. Cook vegetables and potatoes in soup until tender. Stir in kitchen herbs, juice of one lemon and rapeseed oil, season.

Season the patties, cover with ham and sage leaves, roll up and fix with toothpicks. Fry all around in hot oil. Serve with the kitchen herbs and vegetables.
