Instructions:

Hard boil eggs, rinse, peel and finely chop. Wash peppers, remove seeds and chop finely. Peel garlic and crush with salt.

Mix the yolks, mustard and salt with a blender or whisk.

Slowly but steadily pour in the oil while stirring or blending.

When the desired consistency has been reached, mix in the remaining ingredients.
