Instructions:

Fry shallot and bacon strips in fat. Beat the eggs to an omelet, season with salt, season with pepper and mix in the frying pan sauerkraut, shallot and bacon strips. Bake an omelet from it in fat until well done.

Bring to the table with frisée leaf salad.

Our tip: use bacon with a fine smoky touch!
