Instructions:

There are two variations for the sausage salad with radish and radish.

For the white sausage salad, first remove the skin from the white sausages and cut the sausages into narrow slices. Clean the radishes, rinse, slice and add to the sausage slices. Mix with radish sprouts and chive rolls.

Make a marinade of sweet white wine, mustard, fruit vinegar, oil and fresh chopped herbs and season with iodized salt and sweet and sour pepper. Empty the marinade over the prepared sausage salad, mix and let it sit for about an hour. Sprinkle with a small amount of ground pepper and bring to the table.

For the bacon salad, peel the bacon sausage and cut it into fine slices. Peel the radish and slice or slice it. Cut the red onions into strips and mix everything with chive rolls.

Make a dressing from sprouted oil, white wine, horseradish and fruit vinegar and season with iodized salt, a little sugar and pepper.

Pour the marinade over the prepared sausage salad, mix and let it stand for an hour.
