A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Put flour in baking bowl, press a bulge in the middle, crumble yeast into it and mix with cow’s milk, 1 tbsp sugar and a tiny bit of flour to make a dampfl. Cover with a paper towel and let rise in a warm place for 1500 minutes. Add the eggs, salt and butter cut into small flakes and knead into a smooth dough. Continue to knead until the dough bubbles and separates from the bowl. Let rise for another half hour. Thinly brush a savarin or alternative rice ring pan with oil, pour in the dough and bake in the oven heated to 200 degrees for half an hour.

In the meantime, mix the orange juice with the sugar and heat gently until the sugar is completely dissolved. Cool the juice and mix it with the orange liqueur. Remove the savarin from the mold, turn it out onto a cake wire and pierce the surface a few times with a wooden stick or a fork. Gradually drizzle the orange juice over it until it is completely absorbed by the dough. At the same time prepare the filling.

Cut the fruit into small pieces. Whip the cream until stiff and sweeten with vanilla sugar. Mix the fruits into the whipped cream. Offer the Savarin on a plate and fill it with the fruit cream. Cut it open like a cake at the table.
