For the seafood pan, season the mussels and shrimp with salt and pepper and flour them finely. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the mussels and shrimp for two minutes on each side.

When first turning, add garlic and parsley to pan and toss well.

Drizzle lemon juice over the seafood and serve warm from the pan.
