For the semolina dumplings, bring the fat and milk to the boil and add the semolina. Cook until the milk has boiled down.

Then let cool and mix in the eggs, salt and parsley.

Brown the breadcrumbs with the bacon, add to the dumpling mixture and form about 8 dumplings. Boil them in salted water for about 12-15 minutes.

Enjoy the semolina dumplings hot.
