For the semolina pancake, heat milk with salt, bring to a boil, stir in semolina and let cool. Heat butter in an ovenproof pan, pour in semolina mixture, mix with sugar, vanilla sugar and raisins.

Preheat the oven to 170 °C and roast the semolina pancake for at least 20 minutes until crispy, turning frequently.
