For the semolina porridge with chia seeds and berries, first wash the berries. Slice the strawberries and mix with the remaining berries.

Bring orange juice, granulated sugar, cinnamon stick and star anise to a boil in a saucepan and simmer for about 2 minutes. Then mix cornstarch with water and add. Bring to a boil briefly, then remove the cinnamon stick and star anise and pour the juice over the berries. Then allow to cool.

For the cream, bring milk with granulated sugar and lemon zest to a boil. Add jerk semolina and chia seeds, stir through and fill the semolina porridge into glasses. Let stand for about 5 minutes, then garnish with berries and serve the semolina porridge with chia seeds and berries.
