For the sheep cheese spaghetti, dice the bacon and fry in olive oil until crispy. Remove the bacon cubes and fry the onion in the frying fat.

Add tomatoes, salt and pepper and stir in oregano and cook gently for about 10 minutes. Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente, strain and arrange on plates.

Spread the paradeis sauce over it and sprinkle with bacon cubes and grated sheep’s cheese and serve the sheep’s cheese spaghetti.
