Instructions:

Make a shortcrust pastry from the dough ingredients. Shape the dough into a ball, wrap in aluminum foil and chill for half an hour. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Sprinkle a surface with flour and roll out the dough thinly on it.

Cut out with a cookie cutter (diameter 4 cm) and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roll out the rest of the dough into cookies. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes.

Allow the coconut oil to melt and cool. Fold in cocoa, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, rum and egg. Crumble out the cookies and stir them into the cocoa mixture together with the almond slivers. Spread the amount in a mountain shape on the round cookies, melt cooking chocolate in a water bath, glaze the garnet chips on the top with it and dry.
