Put the flour, egg yolks, sugar and finely diced butter or light butter in a large enough bowl and work through with the dough hooks. Later knead with your hands, form a ball and put it in aluminum foil to cool for 120 minutes. Then roll out and cut out each as desired. Assemble with jam, decorate with sugar or other decorations.
